Scissor Sisters vs Krystal Pepsy – Shady Love

As seedy and vulgar as they may be, there’s always been something charming about glam-pop-rock-disco-type fusion stuff outfit Scissor Sisters. 2012 sees their return to activity, following up 2010’s “Night Work”, which peaked at #2 in the UK and #18 in the US but ended up their least commecially successful release.
The first release is “Shady Love“, which is credited with a “vs. Krystal Pepsy”, either a copyright non-infringing reference to Jake’s DJ name (Crystal Pepsi) or some kind of alias/alter-ego for Azealia Banks (who co-wrote and is featured on the track, despite claiming not to be on Twitter). No one really knows what that’s all about so go figure.
